Job Description

Producing design requirements across the business for print, media, social and digitalClient DetailsBusiness service organisationDescriptionThe key skills/responsibilities for the Middleweight Graphic Designer:You will follow brand guidelines meticulously and defend them when necessary. An excellent understanding of the adobe creative suite is important to produce, brochures, leaflets, flyers and banners. Some digital knowledge will also be required for banners for social media etc.

  • Producing design requirements across the business for print, media, social and digital
  • Being a conceptual thinker through interpreting briefs and turning requirements into concepts and finished outputs
  • Owning imagery styles including video, photography, graphics, schematics, icons, info graphics, animations and transition styles
  • Producing print ready artwork for brochures, media publications and event stand build
  • Working with the marketing team to provide high quality, on brand, integrated creative outputs for marketing campaigns and projects
  • Developing content and artwork required by stakeholders across the company
  • Working with the internal Communications Manager to ensure a consistent brand approach to videos and graphics
  • Ensuring a brand consistency across all design outputs as the leading creative brand champion.

  • Educated to degree level or professional qualification in graphic design or 6-years experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with ability to effectively and calmly manage a number of different and competing priorities to tight deadlines
  • Ability to confidently present your ideas to key stakeholders, as well as being comfortable working and communicating with external agencies and developers
  • Experience of working in sprints with Jira management software would be an added bonus.
