Our established client is looking to recruit for an experienced Export Administrator the successful candidate will be required to support order requirements.The role requires a high degree of accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure from customers.Good communication skills are essential as the successful candidate will converse daily with partners and customers in global regions.A good understanding of international payment methods and experience in processing documentation for Letters of Credit is essential.DutiesOrder Checking from quote to order confirmationAccurate and efficient order progressing and setting schedules for delivery.Delivery scheduling, coordinating with manufacturing and procurement teams.Liaising with warehouse & freight forwarders to arrange sea/road/air shipment of orders.Generating all paperwork required for customs clearance both in the UK & destination countryRequirementsGood communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisational skillsInitiative to identify continuous improvement in the rolePrevious experience in an international logistics roleCompany are offering a full-time permanent role with career progression plus excellent benefits
