My client provides a flexible hybrid working environment but does want a candidate who has the flexibility to travel to other sites at times.Role The role of the candidate is to be responsible for owning the definition, implementation, support and maintenance of all end user matters for the platform, systems and applications, through design and deployment of solutions as necessary. The End User ServicesManager will have a solid background working within a busy IT team, with experience in supporting technical solutions, In addition, as part of this role the individual will be expected to deal with critical system issues as and when they occur, being willingto do technical work if required.You must have the relevant technical knowledge and strong experience of troubleshooting and problem solving within a busy IT department. You will be running a team of 15 users over the multiple sites based in the UK and abroad.
