Job Description

Customer CoordinatorLocation: Nant GarwLooking for aCustomer Coordinator to support our clients with all logistics operations across various modes of transportation. The role demands a candidate with a thorough understanding of air, sea, and road exports, ensuring excellent customer servicethroughout the process.Day to Day of the role:

  • Directly interact with customers via telephone or electronically, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Obtain and evaluate information to handle export-related queries effectively.
  • Follow customer SOPs and communicate with internal departments to coordinate export activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and create positive customer relationships, ensuring efficient and satisfying experiences.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with import-export regulations
  • Track shipments, update clients on progress, and coordinate with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
  • Complete export documentation, assign carriers and routes, compute international fees, and manage shipment payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • GCSEs preferred.
  • Polite, willing, and a strong team player.
  • 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
