Job Description

Clear Sky Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a leading plastics manufacturerand is seeking a skilled and experienced Extrusion Operator to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the companys extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic products.Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating the extrusion machines to produce products to the specified quality standards
  • Monitoring the production process and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
  • Conducting routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure they are in good working order
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records of production and material usage
  • Work Monday to Friday days
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience operating extrusion machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with machine maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • A good understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
