Export Customer Service RepresentativeCaerphilly£19,000-£21,000European Language - Preferably Spanish or Portuguese requiredMy client a leading supplier of parts based in Caerphilly requires an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Export Team in Caerphilly. The role is busy, fast-paced and requires excellent attention to detail and high service levels. You will fluently speak another European Language with Spanish and Portuguese being highly desirable.Role:The Customer Service Representative will provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all our existing and new customers. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers, answering inbound calls and responding to emails. Duties:* Being the primary point of contact for our customers.* Offering support to customers through our Web Chat facility.* Being able to provide quotation on request.* Processing all customer orders that are received from our portal, website, email and by telephone.* Liaising with internal departments to ensure payments are made and orders are despatched in line with customer expectations.* Processing and scheduling freight of customer orders.* Update and maintain accurate records.About you:* Customer service experience, being able to manage customer expectations and deliver an exceptional service.* Fluent in European Language - Ideally Spanish or Portuguese.* Self-motivated to do a great job.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Good time management, being able to manage a varied and busy workload.* Competent on Microsoft IT packages.* Confident Problem Solver.* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
