The Engine MRO Customer Programs Manager shall be responsible for both identifying transactional revenue opportunities and generating contracted revenue in the engine MRO business stream to support the strategic objectives of the company. The role willbe predominantly focused on Lessors, Operators and MRO Facilities Efficient and professional Customer Service is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise contract / sales revenue.The Engine MRO Customer Programs Manager will work within the team to initiate and deliver MRO Services agreements with predominantly lessors & airlines whilst growing contracted revenue on existing accounts. They will also be expected to, initiate, developand preserve relationships at all levels with a focus on seeking growth opportunities and meeting business objectives whilst remaining abreast of engine MRO market trends and competitive developments across a range of platforms.The role will require external customer visits and marketing events. The Engine MRO Customer Programs Manager must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner and have excellent communication skills to maintain and develop key relationships acrossmultiple languages and cultures.The role holder will be required to undertake international travel and should have unrestricted ability to travel worldwide often at short notice. A full clean driving licence is essential.Key accountabilitys Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Point of contact for all customers engines within internal MRO Engine shopEngine schedulingMRO Services customer Invoice generationInitiate, develop and preserve customer relationships at all levelsExecute Engine MRO growth in line with business growth.Negotiation of MRO services contract opportunitiesMonitor Key Account KPIsCollaborate with origination and Business Development teams on engine MRO contract opportunitiesGenerate and disseminate relevant Market Intelligence through CRM systemCoordinate internal departments to ensure delivery terms are met.Generate contracted revenue reports for internal stakeholdersPossess full core competency knowledge for the range of services across a variety of engine types.Periodic attendance at trade shows, conferences, and air shows.All other duties as assigned.Skills and experienceEducation and/or Experience:Essential: Relevant Engine MRO experience in a customer or Sales focused Role,Desirable: Experience of an MRO Environment /Bachelors Degree (Hons) in a technical or business-related discipline.Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages more particularly to support the preparation of detailed Power Point presentations and the maintenance of Excel pivot tables for sales dashboards.Quantum Experience.Required skills
