Job Description

  • My client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with significant experience within retail eCommerce and managing multiple eCommerce sites.
  • You will develop, implement, track, and optimise my clients online performance across all digital channels.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/PPC, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales across all brands.
  • Delivering a compelling and competitive eCommerce proposition for all PPC brands. Working across the group you will execute and deliver the strategy to deliver sales and operating profit as agreed.
  • Responsible for leading, developing and trading online sales channels, including Amazon and eBay to ensure consistent and high-quality merchandising, marketing, and promotion.
  • Forecasts online sales and constantly review appropriate stock availability to ensure deliverable targets.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), including improvement plans.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to optimise spend against performance
  • Proactively create content and visual assets to support digital campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Lead and develop the trading plan of each brand whilst planning future strategic deployments and developments.
  • Responsible for the online sales performance, including budget proposals and stock availability.
  • Profile
  • Ideally educated to degree level in a Marketing related discipline, or similar.
  • Experience at management level within a fast-paced environment and managing Online Marketing channels.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • The role encompasses both technical and strategic abilities; therefore ideally previous technical knowledge of web development with a strong history of commercial strategy and trading knowledge.
  • An organised and driven individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and developments at one time.
  • Good up-to-date knowledge of different digital marketing channels and trends
