// Commercial Contracts Manager // £53-58K // Caerphilly // Hybrid //My client, a global manufacturing and engineering business,is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager with hands on contract management experience.The successful candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience of UK contract law and will lead on all local contract reviews to support a construction orientated businesses with other legal and compliance activities.This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Commercial Manager or a qualified in-house lawyer who wants to embrace a challenging role at an interesting time for my clients business.Success in this role will lead to wider opportunities within the business allowing the successful candidate to grow with, and influence the business.Responsibilities:Review, analyse and negotiate business contracts with customers, suppliers and other third parties.
