Job Description

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to help us stop the spread of Coronavirus in across the Gwent regionWe are looking for Contact Tracers, the role is to contact people who have tested positive for COVID-19, provide then with guidance and trace people who have been in close contact with them. The process is guided by standard protocols and scripts to obtain the symptom history and other relevant health information, provide instruction on self-isolation and make appropriate referrals to testing, clinical advice and other essential support services.   • enthusiastic, positive and have an approachable manner;
  • great communicators, both written and verbal;
  • able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively;
  • proficient in the use of Microsoft products, electronic systems and databases;
  • can commit to working shifts
    • Operating hours are Sunday to Saturday 08.00 - 20:00 every day of the year.Shifts are earlies or lates Thursday to Monday.Essential Qualifications:A RELEVANT Level 3 or equivalent qualification required in either Business Studies, Business Administration, Customer Services, Human Resources or IT. A Level 3 is equivalent to A Levels, A/S Levels, NVQ Level 3 and Welsh Bacc Advanced. EVIDENCE OF QUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED.You will need to have experience of customer facing environment, delivering services and dealing with confidential and sensitive data.You will be working remotely and need to live within 45 minutes travelling distance of CF83 7PG Required skills
