Job Description

Job Title: Client CoordinatorAre you a passionate and organised professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in client coordination Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Client Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuringexceptional service delivery to their clients.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for their clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate and manage client requests, ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including client records and progress reports.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our services to existing clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and stay informed on our services, providing clients with advice and guidance when appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development of effective strategies for client retention and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
