Key Responsibilities:As a Registered Nurse with care home experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents under your care. Your responsibilities will include:

• · Providing comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual careplans.
• · Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• · Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients conditions.
• · Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• · Assisting with personal care and daily living activities as needed.
• · Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports.
• · Promoting a warm and supportive environment for residents, their families, and fellow staffmembers.
• · Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• · Valid and active NMC Registration.
• · 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Nurse with Care Home expertise.
• · Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• · Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• · Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
• · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• · Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
