Alfa Staff are looking for assembly operatives for a Client in Caerphilly. The Assembly operatives will operate a heat welding machine. Full training will be given in operating the machine.Hourly Rate: £10.42 to £15.63Hours: 6am to 2pm (2 hours paid at £11.46 and 6 paid at £10.42 per Hour)and 2pm to 10pm - (3.75 hours paid at £10.42 and 5.25 hours paid at £11.46 per hour)1 week of days followed by a week of afternoons.All Overtime paid at time + Half - £15.63Personal attributes: -· Must have dexterity skills· Must pay attention to details and be accurate with sealing rubber seams· Must not be phased by repetitive procedures.· Good literacy and Numeracy skills· Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace (Manual Handling awareness)· Must be physically fit as will involve standing for long periods· Be able to work in a team environment and can work alone· Must be motivated and a good timekeeper.Company Benefits: -· Excellent working environment (Friendly and relaxed)· PPE Provided· Free parking on siteAlfa staff acts as an employment agency supporting with temporary staff.Salary: £10.42-£15.63 per hourAlfa Staff acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
