Financial Accountant9 Month ContractBuxton office based- Some remote workingClient DetailsAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant to join a high profile logistics company based in Buxton due to a recent promotion and continued growth/expansion. This company have a well know brand name and have been voted a top employerto work for making it a highly sought after organisation to work for.DescriptionThe Financial Accountant role is a temporary role for 9 month months and will be based 3 days in the Buxton office with opportunity for 2 days remote working.Key responsibilities will include:

Monthly P&L
Journals
Some reconciliations
SOX reconcilations and checks
Monthly forecasting
Annual budget process
Responsible for all the cost control in those businesses.
Holding monthly surgeries with departmental managers
Picking up risks
Forecasting their costs
Interaction with operational managers

ProfileIn order to apply for the role you should:

Be Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by experience
Have expereince of Preparing P&L Accounts
Have expereince of budgeting & forecasting
Be able to commute to Buxton office location
Be able to consider a temporary role
