Hours: 37.5 per weekWe have a vacancy for an experienced Pharmacist to join our forward thinking, patient focused Clinical Pharmacy Service which provides and effective, high standard pharmacy support across seven days a week.We welcome applications from motivated and driven pharmacists with excellent clinical and communication skills. You must be efficient, organised, able to work as a team and autonomously and also be innovative and resourceful. It is an exciting role that will require interaction with a variety of people, including patients, specialist nurses and consultants on a one-to-one basis.Based within Bury and Rochdale Care Organisation, including Fairfield General Hospital, Bury and Rochdale Infirmary, this post will allow you to work within our supportive team environment alongside Senior Pharmacists, Medicines Management Technicians and Medicines Management Assistants to provide you with an outstanding breadth of experience in a comprehensive portfolio of specialised areas including: Acute Stroke, Acute Medicine, Cardiology, Respiratory, Care of the Elderly (including Intermediate Care and community services), Surgery, Critical Care and Antibiotics.This position is ideal for a Pharmacist looking to consolidate and develop clinical skills in a dynamic working environment, where knowledge obtained from a diploma in clinical pharmacy will be essential. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages growth and career enhancement, both clinically and managerially.
