As a service advisor, you will have a very "hand-on approach" and will be dealing with customers and staff throughout the day dealing with bookings, enquiries, quotes, contactless payments, deliveries and collections as well as warranty claims and serviceplans.The workshop staff consists of up to 6 technicians, an apprentice as well as other service advisors and parts staff. Your Main DutiesTo work with the Aftersales Team, liaising with customers via all lines of communication in the promotion of the sale of service hours and to process and supply orders and bookings with maximum Customer satisfaction using the technology within the dealership.You will be required to attend courses and manufacturer programmes to adhere to the Groups Business Agreement with the manufacturer which will promote the sale of hours sold within the aftersales department whilst meeting KPI standards and DMS (Dealer ManagementSystem) process.The ideal candidate will be computer literate, be used to dealing with laptops, computers and photographic equipment as all vehicles are video recorded on arrival and jobs "seen in" to the workshop via iPad software.Salary£21,000 to £23,000 Basic SalaryBonusYou will earn bonus related commission and team bonus on achievement of division targets paid monthly in arrearsHoliday20 Days holiday rising to 25 on longevity of servicePPE is provided, branded clothing for jackets and topsYou will follow all the Covid-19 safety procedures, policies and notices in place that will continue even after re-opening and ensure that you meet all Company regulations with regard to safety, social distancing and contactless working within the division.We have been established since 1974 and employ over 110 staff over 9 locations throughout East Anglia.
