Science teacher - Bury - January 2024A dedicated and passionate Science Teacher is required to work at a Good secondary school in Bury, to join them on a full-time basis, teaching Science key stage 3 & 4 from ASAP, on an ongoing basis, likely to be for the full academic year on a full-timebasis.This position is five days a week, full time, and is open to ECTs as well as experienced Bury teachers.You will be required to become fully involved within the department & school, like a permanent member of staff, and attend departmental meetings when required, and be available for parents evenings as well as planning and delivering captivating, high standardlessons that will stretch the pupils in their learning. This school teaches with a key focus on an investigative approach that compliments their well research pedagogy. You will also be required to mark the work and provide feedback along the way.This is a Good secondary school in the heart of Bury, with a strong pupil focus. Pupils meet leaders high expectations of behaviour in lessons and around school, which has led to a focus on teaching and learning, helping to progress of the students. Thereis no ceiling to the expectations that leaders have for every pupil.
