Job Description

A market-leading finance broker is working with J2 Recruitment to source an ambitious and career driven Sales Support Broker. It is a key requirement for this role that applicants have full CEMAP qualification and experience in 1st Charge Residential and BTL Mortgages.   • Pitch enquiries
    • § Collate all relevant facts and information § Processing of DIPS § Writing up DIP approval letters
  • Closing clients to engage with business services
    • Role Requirements
  • Experience in 1st Charge Residential & BTL Mortgages
    • § Sales Driven - Working Directly with the Head of Sales § CEMAP qualified § Ability to close clients § Highly organised
  • Excellent telephone manner
    • This is a unique opportunity and ideal for an individual looking to move into a Mortgage Broker role in the future. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £24,000 with a realistic OTE of £40K +!!
