Your role as a Receptionist We have varied reception roles involving a variety of tasks and responsibilities, working for a huge range of reputable and excellent employers, many of them well known brands including a variety of prestigious car dealerships: Being the first point of call for all visitors Working on a busy switchboard, answering calls and transferring them Signing visitors in and out of the office and directing them Managing the room booking system General administration and ad hoc duties for example dealing with the post Making refreshments We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Ideally previous experience of working on a reception, switchboard or a phone based customer service environment Must be smart and presentable Professional attitude Excellent telephone manner Confident in dealing with a range of customers Why do temp work Temporary work is a great way to earn money on a flexible basis and is ideal for people wanting to earn money between permanent jobs, around their studies or to fit in with family routine.
