Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Previous Administration and Reception experience.
  • IT skills with experience using Microsoft package to an intermediate level.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work proactively with a "can-do" approach.
  • Experience working unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Inputting document information onto Sage50 Accounts.
  • Being at the front of house you will be answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customers in the most efficient and professional manner.
  • Maintaining the company website.
  • Submitting the company VAT returns.
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing post.
  • Arranging postage for our online sales.
  • Maintaining the stock levels for stationery.
  • Printing, Scanning, Filling of documents and letters.
  • Check through the monthly expenses.
  • Organise and maintain a filling/storage system that is in accordance with the company procedures.
  • Updating any administrative processes and policies within the company.
  • Update and maintain company Diaries.
  • Prefered Responsibilities (Optional):
  • Experience of using Corel Draw design package (or equivalent) would be great but not essential.
