Production Manager - Kitchen Doors Job Title: Production Manager - Kitchen DoorsIndustry Sector: Production Manager, Kitchens, Kitchen Surfaces, Kitchen Doors, Kitchen Cabinets, Worktops, Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, KBB, Kitchen Accessories, Kitchen Retailers, KBB Retailers, Warehouse, ManufacturerLocation: Bury or surrounding areasRemuneration: £30,000 - £35,000Benefits: Full Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Production Manager - Kitchen Doors will involve:

  • Production Manager position managing the paint department for a high end kitchen doors and accessories manufacturer
  • Producing work schedules for the paint department
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Holding team meetings regularly to stay up to date with how projects are progressing
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks
  • Managing the labour and recruitment for the department
  • Liaising with suppliers and negotiating prices
  • Attending managements meetings to provide reports for Directors
  • Implementing strategies to develop areas of productivity and efficiency to ensure that company targets are met
  • Ensuring all process and procedures are in place to support overall growth in the business
  • Reporting directly into the Directors
The ideal applicant will be Production Manager - Kitchen Doors with:
  • Must have experience within a Production Manager role, ideally within the KBB market sector
  • Must have experience working for a manufacturer
  • Highly organised individual with a systematic approach
  • The ability to resolve complex business problems
  • Must have extensive man management experience
  • Team leader and motivator
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Longevity in previous jobs, or excellent reasons for quick career moves
  • Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
  • Organised, dynamic and self-motivated
