Job Description

A market-leading finance broker is looking for a professional, ambitious individual to join them as a Mortgage Case Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with existing 1st charge Mortgage experience to forge a long and lucrative career with a specialist, professional company with standard working office hoursThe company has been established for more than 10 years and has built a fantastic reputation and continue to grow. You will be working Monday-Friday office hours in relaxed environment; you will manage your own client pipeline and nurture relationships for the long-term future.Role responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing applications from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion
  • Taking ownership and management of tasks to successfully deliver completions for customers
  • Liaising with numerous lenders and build lasting relationships
  • Processing full documentation
  • Be a team player and showcase initiative
  • Working in a face-paced environment meeting regulatory targets
    • Role requirements:
  • Experience in dealing with specialist lenders on a 1st charge mortgage basis
  • CeMAP Qualified, desirable but not essential
  • Excellent I.T and communication skills
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations
  • Knowledge of TCF culture
  • Strong exposure to the back office Financial services sector
    • The successful Mortgage Case Manager can expect a basic salary of £24,000 with OTE earnings up to £32,000 + 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, and regular social events and incentives.This is a brilliant opportunity to progress in the specialist market and to work in a fast-paced friendly environment.
