Job Description

With a starting salary of £23,500, rising to £25,500 upon completion of probation and an uncapped commission structure OTE of £40,000. Youll be part of an organisation whose directors have a combined 175 years of experience and have created a workplacethat people thrive in.Theyre an industry leading finance broker based in Bolton and theyre looking to grow their Second Charge Mortgage Advisor team to provide regulated, high quality outbound sales calls focusing on ensuring that products meet the needs and requirements ofthe customers. Responsibilities of a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor:
  • Focused on conducting high quality regulated outbound sales calls ensuring the customer goes on to obtain the product they require
  • Measured against several KPIs to ensure targets are met
  • Conducting a thorough fact find ensuring the products and services meet the wants and needs of the customer
  • Contacting existing customers advising on the most appropriate and suitable protection product
Id LOVE to hear from you for the Second Charge Mortgage Advisor position if you:
  • Have experience working in positions such as: Outbound Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Mortgage Advisor, Loan Executive, Life Insurance sales, Health Insurance Sales
  • Educated to GCSE level.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales with the ability to close deals with a range of products
  • Experience of successfully working towards and exceeding sales targets
  • Being able to put respond quickly to training and putting those actions into practise.
