Were looking for someone who works well independently whilst contributing towards overall objectives. Therefore, were looking for someone with outstanding brand and content marketing skills. Planning, writing and designing high quality contentassets is fundamental to the role. An eye for what looks and sounds good and being able to maintain brand-standard in all aspects of work will make the candidate successful in this role. Further, experience in PR and events management will set candidates apartfrom the crowd as this forms a key part of our marketing plan in the next 18 months.The objective for the marketing team at FM Outsource is to support sales through strengthening brand awareness and positioning in the market, and to provide high quality objection handling materials and assets that maximise conversion rate through the salesfunnel.RESPONSIBILITIESSpecific responsibilities will vary day-to-day but could include the following, depending on marketing plan demands: Actively leading and pitching marketing microstrategies and projects as needed, such as content, PR, brand, website or events - and then working with relevant team members and agencies to bring that project together. Contributing to content production and creating valuable brand assets - sales documents, whitepapers, videos etc. Guiding and working with website development agency to relaunch the website and associated microsites at brand standard Actively supporting and reporting on SEO agency work and strategic progress Identifying asset requirements to support content marketing and event marketing needs, establishing items to be produced within the team and commissioning design and content agencies to fill the gaps Preparing an events calendar and coordinating attendance at industry events within a provided budget - such as the Call and Contact Centre Expo.o NOTE: If an events agency is not enlisted to set up the stand, then the Marketing Manager may need to attend (company funded travel and accommodation). The Sales team are responsible for manning the event stand and pitching to prospects, but the eventshould be coordinated and prepared entirely within the marketing team - the assets and the brand belong to us! Reporting on strategic progress, monthly metrics and outcomes from agencies and events Running a small paid ads budget, experimenting with various platforms to promote content, drive site traffic and create brand awareness - (previous ads experience ideal but not required)SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEQualifications are preferred, but not essential. A sufficiently strong portfolio or application may exempt applicants from some requirements. Skills are critical.QUALIFICATIONS A*-C at GCSE level or equivalent(s) in English and Maths A*-C at A-level or equivalent(s) in English, Business or related fields Recommended: certificates in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag ManagerSKILLS An outstanding creative writer, with a passion for creating content of all kinds Very advanced presentation & design skills with an eye for detail Strong working knowledge of all MS Office programmes, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Strong working knowledge of Adobe CreativeCloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro Excellent professional skills, including communication, multitasking and personal time managementEXPERIENCE 2 Years + in B2B marketing role 4 Years + in content focused role Experience working alongside external agencies Experience of B2B events and PRIf were able to take your application forward, you may be asked to: Share a portfolio of previous work Complete a skills test Attend an interview
