Job Description

With our Client we are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join their Legal team based in Bury.You will provide administration support to the Property department - taking responsibility and completing necessary admin tasks to ensure smooth process of casesYou must have previous experience f working within a conveyancing department including the preparation of invoices and completion statements, Land Registry checks and SDLT mattersDuties will include:

  • Responding to queries - from both internal and external contacts
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Monitor progress and maintain paperwork
  • Deal with correspondence via post, email and phone
  • Submit land registry / credit check search requests
  • Review income and expenditures with Clients
  • Liaise with Solicitors to progress cases
  • General admin duties - scanning, filing and archiving
