Lead C# Developer -Greater Manchester - PermanentThe Company:Is a group of financial services companies who over the last two years seen rapid growth in their products. As a business they are now undergoing a large technology upgrade across all their products and require you to build their next-generation of business systems for the group which are used by internal and external users. During the last twelve months they have moved in to new offices to accommodate their growth, have a UK wide presence and a company who appreciate the benefits of cloud computing meaning they can offer products across the finance sector.The role:You will have a number of direct reports working under your remit and your role will be to make sure the development work is on course and identify and rectify and issues, your will be expected to lead stand-ups, liaise with 3rd party suppliers and work with other areas of the business to make sure timeframes and projects are on target. You will also have a big input in to the design and development of the new web based applications which will be hosted in the cloud. This role will see you pick up individually projects or work as part of a wider team to deliver larger pieces of work so being able to demonstrate an ability to manage your own time and workload is essential whilst having great collaboration skills.
