Over the last 12-18 months, this tech-driven business have been undergoing a global consolidation of their IT & Systems and now have a range of upcomingcloud projects, which youll lead - particularly within Telecoms - focussing on implementation of VoIP / Unified Communications platforms (Teams Voice, Skype for Business etc).Along with this, youll also get the opportunity to lead a variety of other transformation projects in other areas of IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.Based in their Bury head office, youll be given autonomy to shape the IT operations and strategic planning - including innovation, organisation and resource allocation. Youll have done a similar IT Manager / Systems Manager role before and have developedfantastic stakeholder management skills, and a track record defining and implementing IT policies, procedures and best practices.Experience within an international manufacturing business would be advantageous, but most important youll have a strong commercial background in IT operations management and have excellent man and project management skills.Other key skills include:
