Internal Account Manager - Facilities Management - North Manchester - £25,000 - £35,000 + PackageAbout the CompanyLooking for an Internal Account Manager who would be responsible for internal account management/sales support. This is for a growing Building Services organisation in the North Manchester Area.The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Managers and play a key role in developing and growing our accounts by building on, and strengthening working relationships, coordinating resources throughout the business and ensuringthat exceptional customer service is delivered in every respect. This will be a key role in the interface between our clients and our business and is responsible for maximising service delivery.Internal Account Manager - The Rewards* Basic up to £35,000 dependant on experience in a similar role + package Internal Account Manager - RequirementsEssential * Proven experience in an internal sales, business development, account management or customer service role * A proven track record in building positive relationships with clients and colleagues * Experience of successfully resolving client issues * Experience of coordinating activity and achieving key deliverables * Experience of updating a knowledge database system * Experience of working in a fast-paced customer-driven environmentDesirable* Experience of producing sales quotations/proposals* Experience of carrying out a commercially focused role* A background in IT, Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Datacentres or M&E Contracting.This role would suit a BDM, Internal Sales Executive, Internal Business Development Executive, Internal Account manager, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager with experience in the FM, Data centre, IT, Fire & Security, Construction, Telecoms orBuilding Services, anyone outside of these sectors would not be considered at this time for interview.About UsDetail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
