Job Description

IFA Administrator Location: Bury We are currently working with a highly successful Financial Services client who are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis based in their Bury office. A highly competitive salary and some truly amazing benefits areon offer for the right candidate.You would be joining a friendly, driven and hardworking team within a varied Administration role. You will be required to maintain an excellent level of customer service to clients at all times, working in collaboration with the Financial Advisers and othermembers of the administration team.Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • General administrations tasks where required to support office function
  • You will obtain information, quotes and product details, and provide comparisons for analysis.
  • Process client transactions and enquiries accurately and in a timely manner and per agreed service levels.
  • Prepare client packs for new business meetings
  • Process applications with product providers
  • Proactive assistance and resolution of client enquiries, adhering to relevant timescales and processing guidelines
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of individual and departmental responsibilities
  • Support with diary management and other administrative duties as required
Experience/Qualifications
  • Experience of working within an admin
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment
  • Proven track record of working accurately within defined processes
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • The ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks with a structured approach
  • Highly motivated and willing to embrace change
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages.
