Elevation Engineering and Manufacturing have a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading manufacturing business in Radcliffe, who have continued to see exceptional growth throughout 2022 and in to 2023.Reporting into the sites senior engineering team, the Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for improving the HSE culture throughout the business, driving behavioural change and improving employee engagement through a hybrid model of office work andsite visits.The Health and Safety Advisors duties and responsibilities will include:* Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of compliant safety, health and environmental management systems across all activities, advising on legislation and best practice and also auditing compliance to identify areas of improvement* Assist in the implementation of a continuously improving SHE management system* Promote a positive safety cultureWe are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience:* Ability to lead and drive cultural and behavioural change and improvements in a diverse working environment* Experience working in a manufacturing facility within health and safety* Experience of ISO45001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 auditing and maintenance* NEBOSH certificateElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
