Graphic Designer£25k - 28kWhitefield M45 8EHIncredibly varied projects across packaging, social media and web content, magazines and catalogues, POS, presentations, exhibitions & more; Multi-award winning Beauty sector business with multiple brands across cosmetics, beauty, bath & body; sold in over30 countries; Supportive design team, great culture, creative freedom, 30 days holiday.Working alongside the Design Manager and experienced creative and marketing teams, the Graphic Designer will have the scope to work both collaboratively and autonomously on designs from concept to artwork. Brands include cosmetics products, bronzing andtanning products, luxury bath and body gift sets. Typical responsibilities will include the following, no two days will be the same:THE ROLE:* Creating new designs from concept to completion across a massively varied range of disciplines* Overhauling existing brand collateral with the aim of delighting customers* Involvement in building Design Guidelines for use in artwork* Challenge and investigate design briefs, solve design problems* Involvement in scheduling and working within budgets* Manage own design workload to achieve deadlines* Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives and more.The Graphic Designer should come with some or all of the following:REQUIREMENTS:* 3+ years graphic design experience ideally, though more recent graduates will be considered.* Ability to generate new ideas, and create accurate artwork using the Adobe Creative Suite* Experience working with products and packaging design as well as the wider range of design disciplines* Excellent attention to detail* Ability to interact at all levels, and happy presenting ideas* Willingness to develop, fast learner* Positive attitude, enthusiastic and well-organisedCOMPANY:The Graphic Designer will be joining a market leading business established 30 years ago, with a mission to deliver beautiful brands that inspire moments of happiness, in a cruelty-free and sustainable way.
