Job Description

ResourcerBury£18,000-£20,000 + bonusesThe opportunity has arisen an individual to join a new, developing company with excellent potential for growth and career progression as a resourcer.Key responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment team
  • Sourcing potential candidates using a variety of job boards
  • Identifying potential candidates
  • Pre-screening candidates by contacting them via phone and email
  • Performing admin duties
Required Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge of schools and teaching staff is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communicator
  • Good phone manner
  • Ability to work alone and be accountable for your work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • Meeting KPIs
