Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Food & Beverage Manager to join a fast growing luxury destination venue for their site in Rossendale. You will be part of a well-respected, fresh food restaurant and bar serving high-quality dishes in a relaxed but quirky environment, with excellent opportunities to progress.Food and Beverage Manager role;

  • You will provide a first class guest experience while supporting the increase of the food and beverage provision
  • You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability.
  • Exercise and adhere to company policies and procedures, ability to address any issue in store through the understanding of HR disciplines.
  • You will be required to deputise fort he General manager in their absence
    • Food and Beverage Manager requirements;
  • Ideally from a people and customer focused business - restaurant group/brand
  • Excellent man-management skills
  • Experience of leading a team in a high volume restaurant group/brand
  • Well-presented, articulate and have a real passion for delivering the highest level of service to company standards
