Job Description

Dealership Accountant - Financial Controller / Permanent Role / Salary circa £50,000 plus benefits / North Manchester / Excellent Opportunity / Immediate InterviewsNC associates are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller - Dealership Accountant to work for a large and reputable Motortrade business based just outside of Bury. This role will report directly into the Finance Director and have full control of the finance function. Ideally you will have a background within the Motortrade sector and be available to interview at short notice. Some of the duties will be as followsDuties

  • Production of accurate monthly management accounts in accordance with standard accounting practice and company policy
  • Attendance at monthly business reviews with the FD and line managers, to provide both financial and operational guidance
  • Analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators, to highlight possible weaknesses and potential profit opportunities
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Full monthly BS reconciliations, with any necessary actions taken to ensure all controls are in place
    • Essential Experience Required
  • Ideally you will have a background within the motortrade sector
  • Experience of working as a Dealership Accountant - Financial Controller
  • CIMA, ACCA, ACA Part Qualified - Qualified
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Confident Team Player
