Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for a Domestic Cleaner to join one of loyal clients in the Bury Area. Delivery a cleaning / housekeeping service to a residential site supporting patients within the Mental Health . Working Monday to Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm paying £9.50 per hour. You must have a DBS within the last 12 months.About The Role:You will be working in a medium secure unit alongside some patients with mental health conditions. Cleaning wards of 12 bedded units. General housekeeping duties, to include:

  • Mopping, Hoovering, Sweeping of floors and other surfaces
  • Cleaning and wiping down surfaces
  • Cleaning of public areas including staircases, bars, and handles
  • Kitchen areas and brewing up stations including dining rooms
  • Rest areas for staff
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous domestic experience, ideally in NHS, Care/ Residential Homes.
  • We would also consider experience in Restaurants or Bars
  • Must be physically fit
  • Must have a DBS check
