Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact to our clients customers and dealing with any concerns or queries they may have.Client DetailsOur client is a well-established business within asset management and work with leading business, cleaning their data and providing a first class service. They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Whitefield due to businessgrowth.DescriptionAs a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handling inbound communication via mult-channels
  • Assess customer requirements and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer feedback - maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to customers at all times
  • Process all admin requests, including invoicing, liaising with couriers, operations team and finance team in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Data entry into systems
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required
ProfileTo be successful in this role you will:

  • Experience within customer service
