Are you a Credit Controller looking for your next part time role in Manchester Your next employer is looking for you to join their team in Prestwich working across 3 days (flexible to fit your schedule) working 9-5. They are offering a startingsalary of GBP24,000 (pro rata) and are looking for you to start immediately. If this sounds like a role that interests you, please keep reading!What will I be doing as a Credit ControllerFollowing debt collection procedures for all three ledgers in various currencies, pursuing outstanding accounts by telephone and email Opening new accounts on ledgers when appropriate Keeping an accurate log of all credit control communication Dealing with customer queries, sending out copy invoices/delivery notes and liaising with the Account Managers/Warehouse in respect of any order queries Producing and checking customer statements Reviewing duplicate accounts on the ledger Running of invoices on a daily basis and email the invoice to the customer Processing Invoices via EDI Daily banking - Post and allocate receipts to customer accounts We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Previous experience within a Credit Control role or similar Very proficient in Excel Great with numbers Proactive and not afraid to pick up the phone Can work to deadlines and a fast pace Attention to detail Super organised Loves a spreadsheet Whats in it for me as a Credit ControllerCompany pension scheme 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata) Free parking Full training provided Part time hours Flexible days to fit around schedule If this sounds like a Credit Controller role you will LOVE, please send your CV today!
