My client is a fast-growing insurance specialist who are authorised & regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and they are looking to hire a Paralegal who has experience with contracts law or insurance law based at their office in BuryBusiness interruption insurance covers businesses for loss of income during periods when the business cannot trade as usual due to an unexpected event. If you are a policyholder and your insurer is refusing to paying out for a business interruption claim related to the coronavirus pandemic, seek legal advice immediately as you may have a litigation claim to seek financial redress.The role will involve Identifying the opportunity within a clients policy wordings and you will be responsible for compiling customer complaints and issuing letters of claim to the insurance provider in relation to Business Interruption Insurance. Where required, the complaint will be raised to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The successful candidate will also take full ownership of the clients customer journey including settling the clients invoice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within PPI/Plevin/Consumer Credit law, Legal admin, LOCs or claims handling preferred. An interest within the insurance sector is highly desirable.A minimum of 1-year experience of administrative experience.A confident and friendly telephone manner.Excellent work ethic and desire to succeedAmbition and a positive, can-do attitude.A good sense of humour - we are a friendly team and work hard to create a nice environment for all.Salary £17-£20K
