Job Description

Empowering Learning are supporting an Independent School in their search for a Chemistry Teacher for Jan 2021

  • Jan start to Feb / March 2021
  • Science Teacher with Chemistry Specialism
  • Must have taught Chemistry across KS3/4 & to ALevel
    • Applicants will need to have qualified teacher status in the UK, or an equivalent teaching qualification from overseas. They will need to effectively deliver the national curriculum. In addition applicants should possess:
  • Good classroom management skills
  • Experience of teaching Chemistry in UK schools
  • Ability to plan and carry out effective lesson plans
  • Commitment to raising standards of learning and a passion for teaching Chemistry across a wide ability range
  • High level of self motivation
  • Good organisation and interpersonal skills
