Role: BookkeeperLocation: BurySalary: £24-28k**Opportunity to work one day from home**We are seeking a Bookkeeper for a well established accountancy practice based in Bury. Our client is recognised as a leader in providing accounting, audit and tax services and provide clients with effective solutions to help them meet their tax compliancerequirements and to maximize their financial performance.As a bookkeeper you will be preparing accounts to trial balance to a wide range of clients and will be responsible for;· VAT and CIS returns· Supplier invoices· Reconciling transactions· Daily contact with clients and answering any queries· Maintain aged receivables and aged payable ledgers· Credit control procedures for clientsExperience:· Previous experience working within an accountancy practice would be advantageous· Experience using Xero and Dext (advantageous)· Strong attention to detail· Team player· Ability to work with people at all levelsIf you would be interested in this role, please apply now or contact Olivia at Square Peg Associates for immediate consideration!
