High growth IT business are seeking to add an experienced accounts payable specialist to their finance team as they go through a period of expansion.As the accounts payable specialist, you will report into the accounts payable manager and will assist with delivery and maintaining of payments for the AP Department, linking to the overall department objectives.Your responsibilities will include:* Making daily Payments to clients* Process property management system BACS runs - main system, MRI* Maintain the process of appropriately timed client system BACS runs (weekly and bi weekly dependant on client) in line with internal payment plan* Carry out daily CHAPS payments for urgent requirements* Carry out Treasury Note Workflow instructions from Client Accountants* Ensure all suppliers are informed of payments (remittances)* Maintain, control and liaise with regional PM departments and Solicitors in the payment of Legal recoveries (CCJs)To be considered for this role:* Minimum 4 years involvement with management of an AP function* Proven experience of dealing with internal / external clients at all levels* Strong communication skills* Proven experience in the use of online banking platforms* Knowledge of business process / procedures* Experience in multi-disciplined functionsFor more information on this fantastic accounts payable specialist position within a market leading IT and Technology business based in whitefield, or any other finance roles in Greater Manchester or the surrounding area, please contact Dan Collins on oralternatively call +.Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
