Job Description

Our established client based near Kettering is recruiting a Service & Planning Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Service Controller your responsibilities will include:-

  • Chasing Open Jobs and paperwork
  • Assisting with phone calls.
  • Producing Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) certifications
  • Arranging the collections of vehicles and their associated record details.
  • Processing all invoiceable jobs using internal processes.
  • Processing the Repair and Maintenance contracts
  • Scheduling all LOLER examinations within the compliant dates
  • Administration of all LOLER paperwork and maintaining the LOLER database
  • Populating the Yearly Planner for the External Service Engineers
  • Raising engineer job sheets.
  • Co-Ordinatng Road Engineer and sub-contract work
  • Assist in the closing of jobs within the Epicor business system.
  • Raise Purchase Orders within the Epicor business system.
  • Assist with the ongoing development of the Epicor business system.
  • As part of the Working Group, develop and implement the Machine Record Page and digital reporting system to the Service Engineers. Projects
  • Assist with the planning of internal projects and general administration
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes, skill and experience:-
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Packages (Word and Excel) and knowledge ofthe Epicor ERP System would be advantageous .
