Job Description

Description Our Client has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join their team, responsible for leading recruitment across their Food Company with a focus on attracting and recruiting the best possible talent for their company through a variety of sourcingapproaches, and driving improvement in the recruitment process through systems, documentation, training, and reporting. You will:

  • Manage the recruitment process across the business, through direct sourcing, support & helping others in Head Office & Manufacturing functions
  • Create adverts and job posts for ATS (application tracking system), job boards, careers site and Facebook
  • Create interview documents and presentation briefs for hiring managers
  • Conduct telephone interviews, organising interviews with hiring managers and daily diary management
  • Manage the recruitment budget
  • Manage and negotiate contracts for job boards, psychometric testing, ATS and Careers site
  • Manage employee career stories through creating and organising the annual Employer Brand content calendar, and manage content in conjunction with external comms and their PR agency
  • Showcase employee career stories on tehir Facebook Careers page and Careers website
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers of work seekers
  • Reviewing PSL and negotiating terms of business and fees - with a focus on cost reduction
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding employee lifecycle surveys, collating data, and presenting at quarterly steering group
  • Allocate and track unconscious bias internal training, ensuring compliance
  • Monitor and record Right to Work checks, ensuring compliance
  • Deliver recruitment training to hiring managers
Requirements You will ideally have experience of working within an in-house recruitment team, have recruited candidates across all functions within a consumer facing manufacturing business, have experience of recruitment forecasting to enable pipelining for future roles,defining, delivering, embedding, and improving relevant recruitment processes and have a robust direct sourcing knowledge, evidenced using multiple channels and contact strategies. You will have excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain effectiverelationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business, have strong administration skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have strong organisational and project management skills, coupled with attention to detail.
