Job Description

Description Are you passionate about breakfast Are you tenacious, driven to achieve results and enjoy working in an exciting fast paced businessIf so, then read onWe have an exciting opportunity for two National Account Managers to join our team, responsible for leading business development and account management with our Grocery Multiple customers, ensuring targets are achieved through the appropriate revenue andchannel strategy. You will be responsible for:

  • Full P&L accountability and responsibility for Grocery Multiples
  • Creating and delivering JBPs
  • Building a collaborative virtual customer team and network
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating shopper marketing activities working closely with the Shopper Marketing Manager
  • Managing the internal processes of forecasting and spend management
  • Coaching and development of the direct team and the wider customer support team as appropriate.
Requirements You will bring demonstrable experience of managing multiple accounts across a commercial landscape and preferably with Grocery Multiples, have excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills, and the ability to plan, think on your feetand negotiate effectively. Naturally resilient, you will work well under pressure and be commercially aware with an understanding of the bigger picture impact of commercial decisions.You will make The Difference, have variety and challenge in equal measure, and exposure and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of business.
