Job Role: Maintenance EngineerLocation: Burton Latimer, NorthamptonshireSalary: £40,000-£45,000 + OvertimeHours: 4 on 4 off rotation days/nights, shift pattern - 6am-6pm / 6pm-6amJob Type: Full time, Permanent The Company:Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a well-established Packaging Manufacturer that, due to expansion are looking to welcome a multi-skilled engineer to their site based in Northamptonshire. Our client is looking for someone mechanical bias with plentyof experience as a skilled maintenance engineer.The Package:· Free Onsite Parking· 28 days holiday· Pension Scheme· Overtime available· Commitment to ongoing training and development· Company Work Wear / Uniform Provided (PPE) Daily Duties:· Conducting planned & preventative maintenance on an array of manufacturing machinery (Conveyors, Motors, Gearboxes, Packaging Machinery & Ancillary Machinery)· Follow Health & Safety Procedures· Implement continuous improvement methods to ensure smooth running of the plant and minimise downtime The Requirements:· Relevant Electrical/Mechanical Qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQs) - Advantageous· In depth understanding of fault finding/diagnostics on manufacturing machinery· Experience of working in a fast paced production environment for a minimum of 2 years - Essential· Ability to work alone & as part of a team Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
