Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a fulfilling opportunityPertemps has a fantastic position available with our successful client based in Burton Upon Trent.Join us on a full-time permanent basis and be part of a company that values mentorship, training, and recognises outstanding results.At Pertemps, we believe in supporting our employees to become the best in the property market.If youre seeking a company that appreciates your hard work and rewards you in return, this job is perfect for you—and so much more!Heres what we offer: Competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) Monthly and quarterly commission A structured working week: - Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm -Week 2: Four weekdays, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (enjoy a day off in the week)As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and interacting with individuals from all walks of life.This position offers diversity, variety, and the opportunity to be part of a vibrant property team.Main Duties: Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants Conducting property valuations Managing property finances, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely tax payments Overseeing staff employed on the property Ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services Handling building inspections for prospective tenants or buyers Managing tenant screenings and evictions Enforcing occupancy rules Preparing regular property-status reports for stakeholders Advertising units and negotiating lease terms Coordinating maintenance schedules with the Maintenance CoordinatorIdeal Candidate: High level of customer service skills Personable and confident in dealing with various individuals Possession of a full driving license Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities Empathetic and able to build positive relationships Skilled negotiator with a minimum of two years experienceIf youre ready to take your property management career to new heights and work within a supportive and rewarding environment,Then this is theplace for you!
