The PMO Team are responsible for ensuring the delivery of an excitingTransformation at Greene King, and drive our strategic goals for our culture, our people and our customers through the delivery of a large and broad portfolio of change.As a PMO Lead, youll be responsible for providing critical guidance and overview of the Strategic Project Portfolio at all levels, offering insights and recommendations to ensure an ambitious but balanced delivery roadmap can be achieved. You will be responsiblefor ensuring our projects are delivered to a high standard, by leading a stage and gate process throughout the lifecycle of our projects, and ensure our projects have the support they need through regular check ins and audit.Were looking for someone who loves building relationships as youll be leading conversations with a range of stakeholders within the wider Business functions.Key Accountabilities:

  • Working closely with the Head of PMO to understand the content and delivery of the Transformation Portfolio and its constituent projects
  • Preparing and tracking our Portfolio status
  • Performing scheduled PMO Audit across the Portfolio and identify the support or development areas for our portfolio and projects
  • Holding Project Managers and Project teams to account for reporting progress in accordance with the Exec monthly report schedule
  • Highlighting Portfolio risks and opportunities driven from the in-flight pipeline
  • Supporting the Head of PMO in reporting and forecasting resources required to deliver the Strategic Project Portfolio, including people and capital
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
About You:The ideal candidate will have an interest in project and programme delivery as well as the right balance of organisational and interpersonal skills. More specifically you will have:
  • Strong and experienced analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Experience of collating, summarising and presenting information, with different purposes and for different audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
