Group Marketing Manager - Full Time£50,000-£55,000 Per Annum"Work until your IDOLS become your RIVALS."Are you adventurous and driven and ambitiousMacildowie are excited to be supporting a successful engineering business based in Staffordshire to find a strategic, passionate and creative Group Marketing Manager looking to take the next step up in their marketing career.This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a marketing manager to own the end to end marketing for a group business, managing brand assets, digital, social and promotional/advertising for a successful international group.There will be twice monthly international travel (likely to Switzerland) required, to meet with senior group stakeholders and to ensure consistency with local markets (after Covid)Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with the group board to create and define the Group marketing strategy and successfully execute through group and local (international) markets
  • Conceptualising, creating and executing impactful customer-driven marketing campaigns
  • Working with key stakeholders in local markets to ensure vision of the marketing strategy is adopted and coherent brand identity is maintained
  • Create and be the gatekeeper of all branded assets ensuring efficient distribution of resources across all markets
  • Awareness of marketing trends, competitor activities and benchmarking, making recommendations to ensure forward thinking and proactive approaches to the marketing strategy
  • Develop metrics to monitor effectiveness of marketing against sales activity
  • Cost & budget management of group marketing spend
    • The Right Candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience of creating & delivering on a successful marketing strategy (a portfolio of work essential)
  • Experience in adapting a group strategy to a local plan is advantageous
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders focusing on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of market analysis, customer relations, budget management, needs analysis, and brand positioning
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and online tools.
