Teaching Personnel are seekinga School Bursarto support awarm & welcoming Primary School located in Burnley, East Lancashire. This new role is afull-timeposition, working 5 daysper week, from 08:30-15:30 during term time. The current school bursar has sourced a role closer to home and has reluctantlyhanded in her notice. The school and staff are warm and welcoming with a real family atmosphere throughout. The head teacher has been described as caring and committed towards her staff in the latest Ofsted report.This role is starting in September 2022. Ideally the head teacher is looking for someone who can start sooner to conduct a handover with the current bursar. This role will be paid in line with a permanent Lancashire County Council role.The Head Teacher has stressed she is open to negotiating the hours to fit around commitments/childcare to get the right person.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:Commitment to Safeguarding & complianceFriendly & able to build relationships with children, staff & parents.A high standard of communication skills, accurate use of spelling and grammarExperience of working within a school office or similar setting.Experience with using school administrative and financial systems, E.g.
