Support Worker Burnham-on-Sea £20,800 Are you an experienced Support Worker or Care Assistant, looking for a new challenge Or do you have some personal experience of supporting or enabling someone, with a great understanding of enablement We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join a leading not-for-profit organisation. You will support individuals who have a range of needs, including physical and learning disabilities and complex needs, to enjoy a full and active life. For example, you will assist them at home with everyday tasks such as cooking and cleaning, as well as supportingthem to access the community and attend appointments. You will support them to enjoy a full range of activities, and to participate in community outings. You will also support individuals with their personal care. You will need to have some sort of relevant experience along with a caring and understanding attitude. You will also need to be flexible to be able to work to a shift rota, which will include early and late shifts, and some weekends on a rota.
